Brandon is the Principal and Founder of Tribe Development, an impact real estate development firm based in Detroit, MI. Previously, Brandon served as Director of Real Estate Development for East Jefferson Development Corporation (EJDevCo) where he was responsible for the development, execution, and lease up of the company’s real estate portfolio. Brandon has also worked in development for The Platform, where he led the firm’s affordable housing strategy and facilitated retail and small business curation for the development portfolio.

 

Brandon currently serves on the Board of Directors for the BUILD Institute, a Detroit-based non-profit focused on entrepreneurial education and capital readiness. Brandon received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He and his wife reside in the Jefferson Chalmers neighborhood of Detroit.
