Josh Bails works as a Public Private Partnership Specialist focusing on the East Region of Detroit for the City's Housing and Revitalization Department. Josh graduated from MIT with an undergraduate degree in Urban Studies and Planning in 2013 and from University of Michigan’s Taubman School with a Master's of Urban Planning and a Real Estate Development Certificate in 2015. He has served as a Technical Assistant with Building Community Value's Better Buildings Better Blocks Real Estate Essentials Course since Peter Allen started it at the U of M Detroit Center in 2015. Josh and his wife live in the Bagley neighborhood and he owns more vinyl records than is probably healthy, but good luck telling him that.
